This privacy policy applies to the Trivia Shmivia app (the "App,") for mobile devices, created by Berry Duo LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The App is provided as a free service and is intended for use "AS IS".
Optional Account Data: If you use "Sign in with Apple," we process a unique pseudonymous token to sync your progress. This is optional; you may use the App without signing in with Apple.
Gameplay Data: We store your chosen username and trivia scores. We also store various analytics data for 24 hours for app improvement purposes.
Technical Logs: For security and fraud prevention, we temporarily log IP addresses and device types. These logs are automatically deleted within 30 days.
Usernames may be visible to other players in topic-based leaderboards and are associated with your gameplay progress in the trivia topic. Any friends you add in the App can see your username and general statistics.
Regardless of your location, you have the right to access, export, or delete your data. Because we do not store names or emails, you can exercise these rights directly within the App settings or by contacting [email protected].
We do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we use it for targeted advertising.
When you delete your account, we remove the link between your Apple ID token and your App account. Remaining gameplay data is fully anonymized for aggregate statistics.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it. We do not sell or share any information, including that of minors.
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the App from your device using the standard uninstall process.
The App offers paid subscriptions via Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple handles all billing and related information; their privacy policies apply to purchase data. We do not collect billing information directly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
